Getting Started

Welcome to ¿and ask!

Better questions create better outcomes.

¿and ask! helps Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, Agile Practitioners, and reflective teams explore situations through enabling questions.

Many teams are not blocked by process.
They are blocked by conversations that never happen.

The right question can create:

  • - clarity
  • - trust
  • - alignment
  • - ownership
  • - momentum

¿and ask! is designed to help you move situations forward through thoughtful reflection and practical questions.

How ¿and ask! works

Using the app is simple.

1. Choose a category

Select the area you would like support with, for example:

  • - retrospective
  • - collaboration
  • - conflict
  • - communication
  • - focus
  • - agile transformation

2. Choose who to ask

Questions can be tailored to different perspectives, such as:

  • - team members
  • - Scrum Masters
  • - Product Owners
  • - stakeholders
  • - leadership

3. Optionally describe the situation

You can add a short description of the situation or topic you would like support with.

Examples:

  • - “The team avoids difficult conversations during retrospectives.”
  • - “Stakeholders constantly add urgent work during the sprint.”
  • - “Different departments have conflicting priorities and trust is low.”

Please avoid names or confidential details when describing situations.

4. Generate reflective questions

¿and ask! combines curated question databases with AI-supported generation to create practical, enabling questions tailored to your context.

Questions can be generated in multiple languages.

5. Save and share useful questions

Selected questions are remembered by the system and can later be revisited.

Questions can also be shared directly to other apps on your device.

What ¿and ask! is — and is not

¿and ask! is designed to support reflection, communication, and learning in real agile and workplace situations.

Questions generated by the app are reflective support tools designed to foster thinking, discussion, and learning.

They do not constitute professional, legal, HR, psychological, financial, or management advice.

AI-supported suggestions may not always fully fit every situation.

Human reflection and professional judgement remain important.

Final Thought

Agile frameworks do not fail because teams lack process.

They often struggle because the right conversations never fully happen.

Start with a better question.
